Hôtel correct, responsable réception moins...

Par contre j'ai trouvé très désagréable été débité deux fois du parking, soit 20$ au lieu de 10$.
Je réclame surtout pour le principe, parce que ce n'est pas honnête.
J'ai envoyé un message à l'hôtel hier, mais sans réponse. C'est cette absence de réponse qui me fait écrire ce commentaire.

did not have access to my room during my 4 day stay at the hotel, there was a problem the the room keys and if you left your room you had to wait for an available staff member to escort you to your room to pen your door. the staff did not want to reduce reduce the rate on the room but after several complaints to the manager they reluctantly gave me a $28 reduction in rate which I felt was not enough for this inconvience

They had to let you in your room every time you left the hotel, could not fix the key issue. Major hotel, that's unacceptable.

Mark,First, I do apologize for the inconvenience of the key machine being down. All guests arriving had the option to cancel at no extra charge. We did the best we could with the situation on hand. Again, my apologies.

The entire hotel had issues with their keycard system (without it being fixed for over 4 days), and the staff had to escort us all the way to our room - which made us wait long periods of time when we wanted to get back into our room after leaving. The room had no air conditioning and was extremely hot. We couldn’t comfortably sleep, so we checked out the same night. The hotel staff did not try to help us in any capacity, stating that all other rooms had been booked and that we had no choice but to deal with the broken air conditioning. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody in the future.

We do apologize for the inconveniences you encountered with your stay with us. They key machine and its back up both went down, and we did the best we could with that situation. regarding the air conditioner, I agree that was unacceptable and would like to return any funds taken for that night. First things first, for the key card not working, no excuse. You all hotel industry should be prepared for alternate plans when computers break down. Are you going to refund my money since the key card is not working? Why is it that we the cudtonershave to suffer when we paid full price for it. What is in it for us?

There was not any keys given to guests. The front desk staff had to let you in your room each and every time you needed access to your room. The rooms felt damp and didn’t have a pleasant smell. We also didn’t have any warm water.
