Un très chouette hôtel !
Publié le 20 juin 2024 sur HotelsL'hôtel est très chouette, c'est une ancienne hacienda typique du Mexique avec patio, balcons et une très belle piscine. Il est bien placé et facile d'accès. La chambre est un peu veillotte, mais il y a une cuisine équipée pour pouvoir se préparer des repas. Il n'y a pas de balcon, mais des tables de jardin sont à disposition devant chaque chambre.

avoid this place, aggresive manager

We had a similar experience: a day before check-out he disturbed us at 10 pm in our room, to come to the front desk and pay the nights in cash.( this part only is just not acceptable) I said I would do it at check-out no question about it of course and thats when he got aggresive, started yelling, other guests coming out of their rooms. unbelievable but true.
seriously avoid this place, risking this experience is not worth the pool..

Hôtel magnifique et très bien tenu. Personnel adorable. Piscine et jardin superbes. P dej très bien. Chambres grandes et confortables. Un peu loin du centre mais calme et restaurants à proximité

Very nice staff, easy checkin, rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast included, beautiful pool and grounds. Hotel us good walking distance to many shops, cafes, and markets.
The bed was less than comfortable however.

Buena alternativa para hospedarte y agradable, su personal muy amable en lo general. Le falta al personal de recepción tener mas información sobre sitios turísticos o de interés para el turista, tal como tiendas de conveniencia, bancos, etc.

Excelente localização. Estrutura física bastante agradável e confortável. Entretanto, o serviço é um tanto amador. O café da manhã começa tarde, 7:30 e é servido com muita limitação, tanto de variedade como de quantidade. O pratinho de frutas, já cortadas em pedaços, chega a ser ridículo! A garagem tem restrição de horário para acessar. Fecha às 23h.

Like sleeping on a bouncy castle
Publié le 14 sept. 2024 sur HotelsNot one to usually write a bad review but the bed meant both my wife and I had a terrible nights sleep every night, it was so bouncy that any movement from either of us woke the other. The air con was very noisy as well. The 5-10 mins for water to heat feels like a waste of water and ended up having cold shower anyway. We came back one evening and asked whether a drink was available, they insisted on having the money in cash that evening and wouldn’t put it to the room, as we didn’t have cash at the time we had to just leave it.
Overall it’s a cute hotel, which is well located but can’t stand having a bad sleep.
