Thank you so much for staying at the house Michelle! I'm so thankful for having you as guests and talking on a daily basis with Bill. I am really very sorry that you had language difficulties in town, that’s why I called, texted or emailed you everyday to make sure you were ok and to call taxi drivers to come and pick you up everyday, even send you medicine thru a delivery guy when you were sick or arranging your transport from the airport so you don’t have any problem. The location is very well described and the house is located in the residential area of the city (12 min drive to downtown), however there are two restaurants nearby “Entre Sombras” - Hotel Casa Santo Origen Restaurant (2 min walk), “Cruz Cocina Mixta” - Hotel Flavia (2 mins taxi - 10 walk), also there’s a Oxxo, Abarrotes la Soledad both convenience stores (5 min drive - 15 mins walk) and a local traditional market (7 min walk from the house) I am sorry that language was the main issue for you but I’m afraid I tried to help you enormously with that. And that’s not a house issue, it’s a general “thing” in Oaxaca. Beds are not old, everything was bought 4 years ago, you even had high quality foam tops for the beds and 7 different beds to choose for you. I am sorry that you couldn’t sleep and that you were having the throat pain that could’ve been the main cause, on the other hand I remember Bill telling me the opposite to what I've read on this review and I wish you have'd the same experience in the house as him. Again thank you for staying at the property guys!
