Great place, difficult check in

Beautiful flat in the heart of Oban
Publié le 23 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayThis property was beautiful and I wish we could have stayed longer. The owner left some nice extras in the fridge for us and good instructions. It was nice having a private entrance off the street and the location is convenient to walking most places in downtown Oban. We were able to easily walk to the ferry dock, restaurants, and grocery. Thanks for a great stay.

Lovely stay in stunning Oban. Our arrival was during a glorious warm streak in June. Sunshine and a bit of heat throughout our stay made travelThe apartment was centrally located but just off the main road. A short flight of stairs. It was very clean and well organized with everything needed for several nights stay. Laundry, coffee, iron, hair dryer and shower necessities were appreciated. Parking was really not a problem but after our first night we opted to pay £6 for 24 hr. Parking nearby as we walked most places. Since weather was unusually warm we had to keep windows open (no fans that we could find), so the evenings were warm and pigeons were a bit noisy. Ha ha! It has been our favorite place to stay in Scotland nonetheless.
Highly recommend EE-USK restaurant, Harris Tweed store for authentic woolen items, and AdventureRental bike rentals for a day bike trip.
