Perfect for a night in Oban! This charming B&B was located up the hill away from the noise and crowds yet walkable to everything in town. Parking was right in front of the house. Thomas the owner was very attentive, friendly and helpful. Our room and adjoining bathroom which was up on the second floor was bright, modern and squeaky clean. Rooms are stocked with coffee, teas and shortbreads. Breakfast was lovely and delicious! Pretty much all options were available including but not limited to a classic Scottish breakfast, toast, oatmeal, fruits, cereals and teas. The only call outs to travelers and I want to emphasize it wasn’t an issue for us is that rooms are on the small size so if you spend a lot of time in your room or have loads of luggage it will be tight and also water pressure from the shower is light. Overall would highly recommend and would stay there again if we ever made it back to Oban!

Host is very welcoming, room and bath are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We had a very pleasant stay.

Only the problem was hot shower....temp of hot water was not stable.

We usually don’t have a problem with the shower as long as you use the high setting because of the water pressure as we mentioned on check in. Sjarmerende sted med svært hyggelig vertskap. Kort gangvei til sentrum. Byen er et glimrende utgangspunkt for reiser både i fjellene og på kysten og øyene.
