The apartment was ok. the bathroom sink was quite small that water would spill when used, not all the appliances in the kitchen were operational (stove top and oven not working). No washing machine as advertised on expedia which was disappointing. The location of the apartment was great and central.

Christmas stay 2023
Publié le 1 janv. 2024 sur HotelsNot enough cutlery, glasses. 2 rings on hob broken. Oven not keeping to temperature. Fridge constant at freezing. Tv...set by someone at adult channels. Exoected full working kitchen as advertised...which is why we exoected to be able to cook our Christmas dinner without stress! Not enough staff on duty. Broken street doorbell to our spartment.

The property was on the third floor (4th floor for Americans) with no elevator. The kitchen appliances were old. When we arrived, the carpet outside the bathroom was soaking wet. We reported the problem and were given towels to lay on the floor. We thought that maintenance was going to look into the problem while we were out the next day but nothing was done. The best thing about the apartment was its location, which was walkable to shops and restaurants and to the ferry.
