Would definitely stay again. Owner in sight and very friendly. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly! 10/10 highly recommend.

Thank you Wilma for your review, you booked into one of our Standard Double rooms which is our smallest double room type, we have much larger Deluxe Doubles and Superior Double available at the hotel, perhaps they were already booked when you made your reservation. We are delighted that you had everything you needed for your stay in your room,

Very small room. Smallest ive ever been in. Overpriced for the size and amenities. Othwise clean enough.

Dear Andrew, you booked into our Standard Double room which is our smallest and cheapest double room type at the hotel. We do have much larger Deluxe Double and Superior Double rooms which have larger bedrooms, superking beds and bigger ensuite bathrooms. There are images online showing you what each room type is like in order for you to make an informed decision about which room you wish to stay in before you make your reservation. We are sorry that our room prices are above your normal budget. When you are travelling at the most expensive time of high season in a very popular hotel, in a very popular town you should expect to pay a premium due to supply and demand. Our end of season rates ( when it’s quieter and there is more availability) are generally lower.

Small but great location.
Publié le 27 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe people were very nice and friendly and we were given a breakfast bag and bottled water every day. It was very clean and had nice furnishings. Our only real complaint was that it was so small for two people that we could barely move around and had to keep our bags under the bed so we could. Plus the room was a little pricier than other places we stayed that had way more room. It was however in a great location for us for getting a bus, train or boat for our travels and sight seeing.

In our Standard double rooms we have specifically designed the beds to allow for storage of suitcases underneath them to maximise the space available. We have much larger Deluxe Doubles and Superior Double rooms at the hotel which have larger rooms, bigger ensuite bathrooms and super king beds.We are sorry that our room prices are above your normal budget. Room is very small. Parking is city lot. Bartender really knew his whiskey and atmosphere was great. Good location, staff made it a great experience.
