"The perfect hotel. We travel to Europe a few times a year and this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. When staying in Budapest, we are so glad we stayed on the Pest side. This hotel is walkable to so many bars, restaurants, and most of the main sites are within a 20 minute walk (not to mention the walks are through nice parts of town). The hotel itself is beautiful and elegant. Many of the reviews seem to indicate the hotel is "dated," but it's just the style. Everything was well taken care of and the staff was super attentative and helpful. We've been home for one day and already want to plan our return, this hotel is truly wonderful. "

"This was our 10th visit to the hotel over the last 15 years and it really does seem to maintain or even improve its standards every time we visit. They really do get the concept of maintenance and everything seems so well run from a staff point of view. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and courteous and breakfast is excellent. The thermal pools are lovely and the steam/sauna facilities are particularly pleasant. Best of all, you're away from it all on beautiful Margitsziget, while at the same time easily connected to both Buda and Pest with the frequent No. 26 buses that pass by several times every hour. Simply put, this is a winner in every respect. "

"A bit off the beaten track but easy to get to with Budapest’s great public transportation. The Staff is very Professional and the customer service is amazing. While the hotel is a bit older, it is clean and very comfortable. This hotel is a gem near to some great restaurants and attractions such as Aquinicum. Definitely looking forward to staying again "
