the hotel is ok, however, the check in staff was not friendly. Did not welcome us, just really dry personality

Nice in general but the room was musty and had a cockroach on the floor when I got into the room. Looked like it was a really fast clean and not detailed clean. The corners of the counter had hair etc. Hotel has good potential just looks like it has low cleaning standards

Terrible!
Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HotelsTerrible! Worst stay ever! They charged me three times. When I have complinied with the hotel they were rude and not helpfull. I did not autorize the charges and they did, even though I had informed and showed them that I had been charged already. I am still waiting for the rebursement.
Breakfast is simple and poor.
Rooms ok.
I would not book the hotel again.
