The staff was okay but upon arrival my kids were super excited to swim, one of the reasons we booked the hotel and of course the pool isn't working. After check in we go to our room and it's not even the right one, had to go back up and deal with that. Breakfast time comes and OF course we have to tell them everything is running out and no one can eat. On top of all of that house keeping literally walked into our room unannounced at night then AGAIN in when I was packing to check out. Never ever again. I wish I could get a refund. When I told the staff about it they acted like the problem

This property was great with one exception. It is very lit up at night which is great for safety but the curtains do not provide enough shade for sleeping. I slept with my head covered the entire night and woke up at 4:30 am thinking it was daylight because it was so bright. It could use some blackout curtains for sure.

Hotel is under construction, it being remodeled. Lobby and redone rooms ok. Pool is closed and landscaping is being put in. Will be nice when finished, but it was not advertised as remodeling in process.

My room was filthy. I don't think the floors were ever washed. They had to change my bedding as there were lots of stains. The breakfast on my last day - Monday was inedible.

Great Cheap Stay

We picked this online as we were passing thru Ocala and stayed two nights. It is better than I expected for the price. The motel had just been refurbished and so a few minor wrinkles but for under a $100, I would stay again with no hesitation. Nothing fancy, not what I would expect for rooms that we normally stay in at $130-150 range but it was worth it. Good bed, good A/C, quiet room, EXCELLENT staff - all of them we saw. Free breakfast was "free" again nothing fancy but good and did the job. As we left I reported a key problem, I told the clerk I am pretty sure it is a low battery but no other issues with the room.

The staff was very friendly . There was a delay at check in but the staff was very accommodating with us. They even let us charge our Plug-in car to their outside hotel plug. The place was clean and new looking.. Great place I would highly recommend them.

Excellent stay. Check in was smooth. Asked about accessible room and received a great room. Comfy bed and walk in shower. Only wish it would have had hand held shower. Desk clerk Ayza(not sure of spelling) was helpful and very informative about area.

I really enjoyed my stay. They did a good job on remodeling this hotel. My room was really clean and neat. I didn't get a chance to try the free breakfast or try the pool. I will definitely book again.
