I checked in on the 31st to sleep overnight but it put me down for September 1st. I don't know how to fix this but I had insurance on the room and it clearly was the 31st that I clicked on my itinerary. In the end it said September 1st. I needed a room for the 31st so I never checked in and I got charged?

I do apologize, it appears as if the reservation is prepaid and nonrefundable. Unfortunately, I do not see a record of another reservation.

The housekeeper on my floor was so helpful; I think her name was Dayanna(?). Is he called a maintenance worker to help me with a lock problem of my own making and he fixed it!

Rooms were good, tea. Water was warm, not hot both in restaurants and lobby, in heavy rains, large puddle over a foot deep on entry driveway causes car stalls for drivers who don’t know about it. Suggest a sign at reception, warning people how to get around it in a heavy rain or right after.

Great hotel, great location
