L'hotel est situé au bord de la route,cest tres bruyant .il ressemble plus à un motel.
Si je peux me permettre, il faut enlever petit dejeuner inclus de votre site expédia, car sur place ca se resume à un café,jus d'orange et un muffin.. cest honteux ! Point positif,la chambre est propre.

Property was okay room was decent however floors were dirty and sinks did not drain properly. Outside there was a little mini golf course and I didn't really get to see the pool.

Smoking rooms have no ashtrays and we were told they didn't have any in the entire hotel. Room was dirty and the floor was filthy it turned the bottom of my socks black.

I have stayed at this property in the past. We live in Gainesville and had to find somewhere to stay for 1 night because of no power at our home. The hotels in Gainesville either didn't have power or fully booked. So we had to go to Ocala. So i chose this property. Upon arrival the desk clerk was taking care of someone else, then he took care of me. When i gave him my name he looked in the computer and said hang on a minute and went to the back office to talk to someone else, then returned and finished checking me in. I saw absolutely no signs of the customer service cultures that used to be in place at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. There were no towels at the pool and the water was slightly dirty, but tolerable. The hot tub was nice and hot, but when we tried to turn on the jets, they didnt work. We had a somking room ,and there was no ash trays in the room. There was no coffee maker in tje room either. We called the front desk and asked if they had any extra ash trays or coffee makers , and got told because of being sold out, thatvthey didn't have any.So very disappointed. This property used to be a great place to stay. I don't think i will ever stay there again.
