Staff was ok. Room had hair all over it and for the price I had to pay I thought I would have received a larger room. Very small. Tiny fridge on the hairy floor. Chair tucked under the desk was very dirty. And the tv channel selection was the bare minimum.

The exhaust fan whirring noise in the bathroom. Blackish and pealing off caulkinng same are.

This is horrible, the reservation got book for the wrong day in the wrong week. As soon as it happen, I tried to cancel for many weeks and get my money back. GOT NOTHING FROM YALL! NO RESPONSE NOT ANYTHING!!! IS THIS REALLY HOW YALL OPERATE AND TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS?!?!?

I had a reservation and a hurricane came thru that actually declared us as a state of emergency with mass destruction and flooding and they would not refund my stay when I wasn’t going to be traveling. You weren’t even allowed to travel on the roads yet they wouldn’t refund my stay. This should be illegal to do.

Trouble in the pool after midnight. Very noisy. I don’t know how the property allow people drinking in the pool after midnight. Police arrived to control the situation.
