The room I booked wasn’t available so they put me in a smaller room with no fridge or microwave. They only give you one towel, while it was clean it had stains all over it. The room smelled like smoke from the neighbors smoking. One night it smelled like drugs from the next room. Room service only comes when you check out. I asked for towels for three days and finally got one. The bathroom had no door on it but still had the hinges attached. The first three nights at 1:50 in the morning people would knock on the door. The staff was rude and acted like it was a problem to help. We had to go buy toilet paper from the store because they never had any. There was several roaches in the room. I would not stay here.

They have no Internet the room was filthy the soap was open and had other peoples body hair on it the sheets were stained the room was filthy and smells horrible. They wouldn’t refund anything even though they advertised WiFi and clean rooms. They have neither

Room was ok but no refrigerator or microwave and the floor was damp and slippery. My husband is disabled and almost fell twice.
