Mr Heriberto the reservation was for2 guest total and upon check inn you mentioned you booked the room for 4 guest total but you forgot to mention You had a total of 6 guest for One room only . Any motel has a limit of how many guest may occupy one room,And when we told you that only 4 total guest may occupy 1 room,and asked you to get one more room to accommodate other 2 guest in your party. You refused and you were very upset that we could not allow 6 guests in your room and at that time you mentioned you booked the room for 6 guest .after you occupied the room for 30 minutes you instead wanted a refund. Being dishonest is what made you upset. You are always welcome to our motel in the future .

very clean and comfortable
Publié le 14 juin 2024 sur HotelsThis is an old hotel but very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The owners were exceptional and extremely helpful if anything was needed. I would definitely stay with them again. It's not the taj mahal but it definitely serves the purpose and the budget!

This motel is very run down. The proprietor was quite rude.

Thank you for staying with us . When you have so many choices, we would have liked to have Spanish speaking agent but unfortunately lack of communication made explaining the process was bit difficult.And also stating wrong number of guests staying in the room made the price increase Was unfortunately out of our control.Hopefully making future reservations you may call the hotel for there policies or they are always stated on Expidia website for the hotel as well . Thank you for staying with us at the Shangri la motel.
