Chambre est plus oi moins accuillante. Pas de refrigérateur ni de secretaire dans la chambre

Thank you for your time to respond. We are updating and upgrading our rooms, our new deluxe rooms will have refridgerators, microwaves and desks for your convenience. Please come and see us again the next time you are in Ocala.

My husband is disabled and I specifically choose places where we can park the car and walk in the door. We were not given a room that had parking outside the door. Will definitely specify next time

surprise deposit

The deposit is refunded the day of check out. Just like with any refund it can take anywhere between 5-7 business days for your financial institution to return it to you. The deposit is listed on every booking website under fees or things you need to know.

2 concerns, ice machine was not working and there wasn’t any sweetener for coffe.

the condition was deplorable. the bathroom was very unclean, feces on the wall and door, hole in ceiling of bathroom and bedroom. was to be there 5 nights canceled after first night.. All I can say is do not tell anyone to stay there

You were fully refunded due to you having 4 adults and wanting a rollaway bed in the room and not having enough space to accommodate your party in one room. However the other issues you tried stating were not the case.
