Just off the kitchen is a large separate formal dining room with seating for 6 that leads to a 15'x30' outdoor wood deck, equipped with a large smoker/grill, outdoor dining table and lounge seating surrounded by bistro lighting for enjoying a nice glass of wine and entertaining your guest late into the evenings. Want to enjoy a movie? Step into the relaxing family room where you can watch a movie or your favorite sports game on our 75" smart tv, accompanied by the warm light of our cozy electric fireplace on those colder evenings. Three large bedrooms with comfortable memory foam mattresses and 2 spacious bathrooms for up to 9 guests.

Home sits on 5 fully fenced acres, however guest will only have access to the 1 private and fully fenced acre that the home sits on, with its own private gated entry and exit. The remaining acreage around the home houses horses. You are welcome to look and enjoy their beautiful presence but please do not feed or touch the horses. Gorgeous tall oaks provide shade, peace and serenity. Fire pit with seating for roasting marshmallows and sipping hot cocoa on those cooler evenings when you just want to enjoy natures beauty.

We will do our best to accommodate all guests' requests, but how quickly we can prepare the home for your arrival is solely dependent on the departure of the previous guest. The ability for early check in or late check out will be confirmed by our team on the morning of arrival.

▸We use outdoor security camera devices to ensure our guests safety.
▸Only use the smart lock keypad to lock/unlock the door.
▸24 hr. maintenance and concierge not available.
▸Any issues/questions after 10pm may not get answered right away but will be followed up as soon as the following morning.
▸Extra guests - This space comfortably accommodates 9 guests. Extra guest is not allowed without prior approval from owner.
▸When booking and/or cancelling your stay, you hereby agree to not write a bad review without first making us aware of any issues that you are having and allowing us address concerns or to fix the issue(s).
▸ Pets considered with prior approval and a nonrefundable $150 pet fee. Please advise of the breed, size and age for consideration. Guest must comply with our pet rules or additional fees may apply.
**If you are travelling with a service animal, we ask that you please have the courtesy of advising prior to arrival to make the home service animal ready, out of respect for future guest**

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
▸Trash disposal method: Trash pick-up Tuesday and Friday (must be out by the curve the night before and no more than three completely closed trash cans which are provided for your use).
▸ Guest has exclusive use of the 1 acre that the home sits on. The 1 acre is fully fenced with its own private entrance and exit. The surrounding 4 acres that belong to us are currently used to house horses and that property is not accessible to guest. You are welcome to look at the animals but please do not touch or feed.
▸1 Dog up to 30lbs allowed inside the home with a NON-REFUNDABLE pet deodorizing fee of $150.00. This includes emotional support animals.
- Pet must be approved. Please send bread, weight, and age information.
- Pet is not allowed in carpeted bedrooms.
- Fee will be waived for official service animals, however we ask that if you are traveling with a service animal that you have the courtesy to advise that you will be traveling with your service companion.
