"Beautifully decorated home with amazing views. We had just arrived and saw a herd of elk running across the field! Every day there was wildlife to view. The downstairs was wonderful for the grandchildren because of all the wonderful toys and games. Loved the floor plan of the house. Everyone enjoyed skiing and snowboarding and my grandson caught his first rainbow trout. Lots of family memories! Robert was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the area!"

"First, I would like to say that this home is truly beautiful with magnificent views and an easy location--it was a short 10 minute drive to the slopes, and we had no issues at all with the drive. Also, the property manager was very helpful and communicative. They even salted our driveway when I expressed concern about the weather. There are only two real issues that I would complain about at all. The first one is the cleanliness. It wasn't terrible, but under the couch had clearly not been cleaned in a very long time, and the cupboards were completely full of left over food from previous guests. The food wasn't expired, but it was difficult to store our own food. It appears that the cleaning service is not dusting very well, and also, the tub had not been cleaned before we arrived. I am assuming that this is a lack of oversight of the cleaning crew, as it doesn't seem like a "dirty house." The second issue is with the guest bedrooms. There should be dressers in all of the bedrooms, and there were none. I had nowhere to place clothes besides hanging them, and also the bedding was extremely old. The bunk room was actually an odd converted mudroom with no windows, and our kids were actually afraid to sleep in there with the garage door opening into it. It was a very odd room. So, basically, this house would be close to perfect with a true deep clean, new bedding (and towels), dressers in the guest rooms, and some sprucing up in the weird bunk room. Thanks!"
