Location great Pool great 5 bedrooms good. Rooftop a treat. However, overall 3 stars Too many important things not as described and / or in need of fixing: 1. Gas grill grease in need of good cleaning. (used for one minute & vegetables on fire) 2. No homeowners Wifi connection. (Two adults had to work remotely & this was a problem) 3. No television connection (error message) 4. No Hot Water in Main Bathroom Shower. 5. Kitchen glass sliding doors open fine, But the One Large Screen door does not. 6. Bicycles were not locked up upon arrival, they were strewn in the wet sand under the house, all rusted & some chains broken. This was a problem, as we carried over child's bike and planned to ride with him. (One very upset 6 year old). 7. Kitchen is Very Under Stocked. Most pots/pans were unusable. And No Spices, Etc. OR they were in broken cabinet next to oven which does not open? (Cabinet door also maybe breaking on recyclable cabinet?) 8. Dishwasher top rack was filled with most of the flatware, not dried, not unloaded and some pieces rusted when found. 9. Also, some ceiling flood lights (kitchen/living room) need light bulbs replaced. (about 6 maybe).

Good house

Pros: location, pool, kitchen Cons: A/C broke while we were there, pillows are pretty flimsy

NO AIR CONDITIONING

The air conditioning was broken. Too hot and impossible to sleep. I reached out and they said they would get back to me but never did. It’s a shame because otherwise the house was perfect.
