Very dingy rooms for high prolice
Publié le 15 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe room had no light bulbs in the lamps. The switch for one lamp was broken off. The gfci receptacle by sink did not work and could not be fixed. They had to give us a different room

The staff was not friendly except the girl at checkin. The shower sprayed everywhere getting the floor wet. The shower curtain was made for a round tub shower and had slits it, spraying water everywhere. Asked the front desk for a hand towel and bath rug, said simeone will bring it up and he wrote it down. Never got them bit they did take the bath rug we had drying outside.

No blow dryer in the room. Went to lobby to ask for it twice but still didn’t send it to the room. By the end, I slept with wet hair and woke up with not fully dry hair.
No coffee cups in the room, had to ask from the front desk.
Very noisy air conditioner. Luckily I had a Benadryl to help the sleep.
