2BR Family Friendly Condo, Close to Attractions

This prime Ocean City condo offers two bedrooms and accommodates up to six guests. The main bedroom, overlooking the bay, features a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and a private en-suite bathroom. The kitchen includes full-sized appliances, a coffee pot, dishware, pots and pans, and a toaster, allowing you to dine in or out as you please. The open common area has a dining table for six and a comfortable living room with a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy sunsets over the bay from the furnished balcony or patio. Each unit comes with a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, two parking spaces, and all linens and towels provided.

Resort amenities include an indoor pool, hot tub, fishing or crabbing dock, and an outdoor sitting area with sun loungers. The location is close to outlet shopping, the ocean city trolley, amusement parks, and the boardwalk. The building is equipped with an elevator.

***Things to note: Unit assignments depend on availability at check-in and may include a ground-floor patio or a balcony; the rooms are otherwise identical.
Salt, pepper, and cooking oils are not provided.

A refundable deposit of $250 per week (up to $1,000 for stays of four weeks or more) is required, taken by credit card at check-in. The minimum check-in age is 21, with a photo ID required.

This is a dog-friendly resort. Pet fee of $125 for one dog or $185 for two dogs, plus 11% tax per unit, payable upon check-in. Max: 2 dogs per unit 70lbs max weight limit per dog. Dogs are NOT to be left unattended in the unit.

The pool and hot tub will be closed for about two weeks from March 11, 2025

Had to move in twice due to ac leaking in closet. New unit nicer but still old and dumpy. The units were very old from the 80,s.

Great stay. Carpet needed steamed cleaned bad!!!! Mattress covers had urine stains...inside of dryer had ink...dining room table was filthy. Other than than that....was great!!!

This unit was gross. It had a damp/musty/wet dog smell really bad. The carpet was absolutely disgusting and in need of major cleaning or replacement. The couches were completely dirty and in need of cleaning or replacement. You could see the dirt and filth. There was a dirty washcloth left in the bathroom shower. We arrived after hours (midnight) and left the next day by noon because it was gross. The after hours check in was not a smooth process. We had to find other accommodations as I was not letting two small kids stay there longer. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Great little condo tucked back on the bay. Our boys enjoyed fishing off the dock. Easy access to everything. The management was there in a minute to reboot our AC. Condo is very basic but it was clean and all we needed. Everything was as expected from listing.

Weekend Getaway
The property was amazing. The views were beautiful from the moment you walk in. You wake up to beautiful views of water and the sunrise. Its in a great location if your bringing your family. The place was clean and very comfortable. The one downfall I would say is that there was no coffee provided, and with the views that this place has all you wanna do is wake up in the morning have a hot cup of coffee while relaxing on the balcony.

Its a nice condo and very well decorated in a beach motif. Plenty of parking, and easy check-in by phone. They even have luggage carts to haul all your gear up to the unit. Dedicated dog walking areas with poop bags provided. Beautiful sunset views over the bay, and only a short walk to the beach. Indoor pool with hot tub so the kids can swim even if the weather is poor. Across the street is the largest go-cart facility on the east coast. The only minor "complaint" is that the kitchen could be a little better equipped...its tough to make breakfast with only one skillet and no spatula. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. 10/10 would stay here again!

Very nice property and awesome time
My wife and I brought our dog, Cashel to OC for a short 3 day vacation. When we got there the property manager moved us to a different unit on the opposite side of where noise from window installation was happening. It was indeed a quiet location. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The bay view from the balcony entertained our furry friend without end. We would stay again.

Mold in both bathrooms and ceiling HVAC vents, rusted shower rod and fixtures, tile floors were sticky to walk on and black when wiped with lysol wipe, bed was uncomfortable, windows were fogged up . Had to sweep in front of unit door (chips and trash), had to sweep kitchen floor, and outdoor deck. Very disappointed for the $$ we paid to stay for 3 days. Will NOT stay here again. This is one of the worst places we have stayed in.

The View!!!
You can't beat the location! Originally we booked here because they accept dogs...that was 3 years ago. We visit about 2 times a year and always book with the Bay Club through Vrbo. They continue to upgrade and provide wonderful customer service!

Disappointing overall
Property is located adjacent to a go-cart track and the noise distracted from the joy of sitting on the balcony, which itself was covered with mold/mildew. There were zero personal touches in the unit -- hotel rooms are more attractive. Paint was slopped on, you could see the previous color and roller strokes. Fees inflated the advertised price. Wouldn't stay here again.

Not a resort by any stretch of the imagination. Only amenities are indoor pool and dock. Place is need of renovations. Windows in unit when foggy with broken seals. Very old bathrooms. Lots of low end amenities.
