Gym was very dirty and hot. AC wasn’t working. Nobody was cleaning it all the 5 days I was there. So much dust and dirty bottles. Nothing to wipe the equipment with. Shower was leaking. Dirty as well. I bought my own cleaning supplies. I had a room near elevator it was very loud. Very hard to sleep. I went few times to the front desk trying to get garbage bags and nobody was there just the sigh “Be right beck”. I waited 20 minutes each time and nobody came. Definitely was very disappointed with the hotel.

This is my second time staying here, me and my family always have a great experience. The location of this hotel is great for restaurant options, family friendly attractions and the location to the beach is perfect. We literally walk out the hotel and we are on the beach, this area of the beach is never to crowded we are always able to find a spot. I look forward to coming back next year.

We had a great stay! The room was clean and spacious. The parking is a little tight though, but otherwise a wonderful stay. I wish the pool was open earlier though.

It was very conducive to easy beach access (i.e.going back to the room for lunch and returning was easy) as well as being clean and having other amenities we enjoy (pool, lounge area with skylight, and ping pong table). Our balcony view was as expected, with just a slice of ocean view, but in addition we were happy to also have the bay view and beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed the balcony, except it was a bit noisier than expected bc of the traffic. All in all, it was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely stay here again.

We was here for 3 night and this has to be the worse hotel I been too. The door had trouble opening and closing, our keys stop working, the charging hub was broken, our chargers would start on the power plug, the room decor is out dated, the bed is uncomfortable, no one came to change our sheets and towels in the mornings. When we requested for more towel we wait hours and no one came so we had to go to the front desk to get them. Definitely won’t be booking with them again. For 780 for 3 night service should be better. Positives was that it’s really close to the beach, it was quiet, fun place for kids, staff is nice, and the refrigerator is big.

Wow did the Bonita get out dated fast. Wallpaper coming off, paint chipped, doors not unlocking and getting stuck. TV was wavy on every channel like I was watching analog in the ‘80’s. Just really drab and needing redone. What really got me was being told they refused to change my reservation. Within the “make changes” time frame I requested to shorten the stay due to a family situation and check out a day early. I was told by Hotels, I had to check with them. The CSR said yes, confirm with the 3rd party. 3rd party says sure, let me confirm with the hotel directly. After three days of trying, the hotel refused. I even asked to see if I could just use the day off-season when they’ll be empty and that wasn’t good enough either. Seemed really petty given the situation…oh and they had vacancy anyway!!

I love this hotel! Each room has its own balcony which was perfect for lounging. The pool was nice and I loved the outdoor seating area on the rooftop. The game room was super fun too! Great location too! Lots of restaurants and stores in walking distance. It’s only a 20 minute drive to the boardwalk. The hotel also has great access to the beach! Loved staying here
