Horrible experience

So let’s start with great location, the outdoor surroundings and hallways are clean . Until we stepped into our room the dirty old smell was disgusting. Then the bathroom shower curtain was dirty. If that’s not enough the 2nd day we wake up to no hot water . My husband complained to the office and was told maintenance will look into fixing it when they get there at 9:00am .Never offered us another room we took freezing cold showers . The next day came we assumed it had been fixed . To our surprise another cold shower . I went straight to the office and was told if I wanted to use another room to take a shower . At this point I was so upset I said forget it we are checking out now . After two days with cold water I asked to speak to someone and was given a phone number to call . We Will never stay here again .

Staff was amazing and very friendly. Room was very clean and very inviting.
