The room was fine. The lighting in the parking lot was not working properly.

We were not informed that there was no maid service until the third day. We stayed three days.

The older lady at the front desk was very sweet but she was the only good part of the stay.
The bed was noisy and uncomfortable, we’ve stayed at 2 other hotels this week and this bed was by far the worst. The walls at this hotel are paper thin—we had neighbors that arrived after 11 pm one night and we could hear their entire conversation and their door slamming over and over for smoke breaks until 3 am. We requested to move the next morning and were told they were completely booked (it did not seem like it) and they would ask the neighbors to be quiet if it was after 11 or call the police after that. We did not take it that far but barely slept the next night too. It wasn’t really the neighbors fault so much as it was the thin walls of the room. We requested that next night to be refunded so we could go elsewhere to actually get sleep and they wouldn’t do that either.
The room itself was dirty. There were pieces of candy and dust on the side of the bed which indicated no one vacuumed along the bed at all, the floor was stained, the sheets had light stains. The pool area was basically a loud party and also was very dirty.
All in all I would not recommend this property except for the sweet front desk lady and the fact that the room had a good view of the sunset.

The rooms are as seen in pictures. We paid extra for the bay view. However room 209 has an obstructed view with the roof of the pool so when looking out the window that’s the first thing you see.

Birthday weekend trip for boyfriend
