****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

This condo features a full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. You'll have plenty of room to enjoy meals with bar seating and a dinner table. There are TVs in every room, wireless internet and a washer and dryer. Comfortable outside seating is perfect for enjoying those cool summer breezes. In the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa, the main bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has a pyramid bunk that has a double on the bottom and a twin on top. You will have access to the heated indoor pool, sauna, fitness center and even a championship billiards room.

This unit is conveniently located to the beach (1.5 blocks), Convention Center (2 blocks) and Secrets (7 blocks). You also love only having to walk two streets to the 45th shopping center where you will enjoy some great restaurants and beautiful bay views. The Makai is strategically located to many other great restaurants/bars, the world-famous boardwalk, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, miniature golf and much more!

THINGS TO KNOW:

*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided. Trailers allowed during special events with prior registration.
* The indoor pool, billiards room and sauna are open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 43rd street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

My wife and I were very happy with the cleaniness and the condition of the condo. It was well firnished and equiped for the two of us. We enjoyed the balcony to relax since we come down for the hot rod show every fall. We will most certainly be back to this condo for sure.

The most perfect place to stay
Our stay here was by far amazing. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. Checkin was super easy. We didn’t have any issues with the keypad at the main entrance or the one on the condo door. Clean towels and linen were left at the front entry way. The washer and drier were a big plus to have. The location of this property is perfect. We were right in the middle of it all. My kids had a blast. I would highly recommend this rental.

We arrived to dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The secondary bathroom tub is clogged and does not drain and the toilet is very difficult to flush. Carpets had not been vacuumed. Property is managed by a management company which is not indicated on the VRBO listing. Manager is rude!

Exactly as listed & Our new go to spot
This was a perfect location for our family of 4. The condo is exactly as listed and as photos show. It is at a great location for us as we vacation each year with extended family that stays around 36th St. and besides that, it is central to everything. The main bedroom can be noisy through the night as the condo is located right beside coastal highway but that’s just the way it is there are no complaints just a heads up. Another one would be to take a drying rack for the balcony. The main bedroom bath has a sliding door and a shower door so nowhere to really hang multiple towels or other items to dry. Besides that this was the best stay we have had overall in years and plan to make it our annual go to spot!

We arrived late on our night of checkin to find a place that was disgusting - hadn’t been cleaned. Property manager was very responsive and offered to send a cleaner but that wasn’t feasible with two small kids that needed to go to bed. I spent 1.5 hours scrubbing the entire place. Stains all over the unit- couches- carpets - recliner. Light bulbs burnt out everywhere. Shower handle was not attached- kept falling off. It just doesn’t seem as though anyone is keeping up on routine maintenance. It could be a super cute place if given some TLC.

I thought the place was really nice and clean but I thought it was a bit ridiculous that we paid for a night and because we would not get there until 3 am, I was told we would to have to wait until 7 am the next morning. That is ridiculous, we paid for the night and we couldn’t even go in to sleep until 7 am.

The property was great. Only 2 blocks from the beach and a couple from Seacrets. Two (2) bus stops within a block of the entrance really made utilizing the city bus easy. The Unit was perfect. Plenty of space, with comfortable beds. The keyless/ punch code access to both the building and the Unit work wonderfully (no chance of misplacing/ losing keys).

Really enjoyed the ease of check in/out. Beautiful bay view at sunset. Pool opens up so it feels outdoors. Only recommendation would be to have hand towels for the bathrooms and kitchen. That may not be an option due to covid though. Overall enjoyed the stay!

We came down for a mini vacation as this place was perfect for us. There is two bedrooms, two bathrooms kitchen and living room with a balcony. Location is perfect your able to walk to a lot or just a short drive to the boardwalk. The beach was just across the street. This rental was clean and very nice. Highly recommend it.
