Great condo with amazing views!
Posted Nov. 3, 2024 on HomeAwayStayed in this condo for a girls weekend and it was an awesome space! The condo is big and spacious with all the comforts of home! The view off of the balcony were breathtaking! Can’t wait to go back!

Horrible service
Posted Oct. 16, 2024 on HomeAwayAn hour after check in a puddle formed under refrigerator and it stopped working. Also, I notice the sliding door to balcony was ajar and would not close or lock. Reported at 5 pm. Food spoiled. At 9:30 am I went to Vacasa office to express my disappointment and request refund for the next 2 nights. Was told that would not happen. A credit of $75+ tax for spoiled food would be issued. They stated a property manager would come to access the issues. In the interim I called because I could not access storage locker to get a beach chairs. I had the right code but there was no door knob to open the door. I was told that it was the owners storage and I didn’t have access. This was wrong. I finally pried the door open only to find sandy, rusty beach chairs. I have pictures of all the issues. Place was dirty. I wouldn’t even use the shower. On day 3 still never heard from property manager. I checked out a day early. I’m requesting a refund for the last night.
The responses from Vacasa were mostly automated. I left a review on their page and it has yet to be published and another negative review was removed. Unsat!

Ocean front condo on the boardwalk
Posted Jun. 13, 2024 on HomeAwayOverall, great time! We had 2 of the 3 toilets which wouldn’t stop running and the outside storage closet door lock wasn’t working.

Plenty of towels, open space
Easy entry into everything! Plus elevator and cargo carts.
Best time for a great/quick weekend getaway with friends.
