Highly recommended for couple, family, the location is a must if you want to get out of your room and walk directly to the ocean , go to the pool or enjoy the beach. Really enjoyed these 3 options which are walkable distance, parked the car for the week and that’s all! quiet section of the end of the boardwalk and enjoyed taking the trolley to get to the attractions and shops, excellent room with beach front in corner amazing balcony view like in a movie! I ´m totally in love with this hotel! AAA all the way! ♥️💯

This guy s an old property and it really shows. Great beach but old and understaffed.

Exceptional customer service. Very friendly staff. Food at hotel restaurants was delicious. Great location on the boardwalk. Quiet. Wonderful views of the ocean. Private balcony. Loved the parking accommodations—15 minute check-in parking under the overhang in the front and a multi-level parking garage next to the hotel. Four elevators! The spacious open and bright design of the lobby says they have guests needs in mind. I liked everything about this hotel.

Grand Hotel in Ocean City
Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HotelsThe staff was excellent. Everyone is so friendly. The rooms are dated but very clean. The beds are horrendous. Very disappointing. I asked for a queen and we got two doubles. My husband is 6'4 and 230 lbs. The beds sank . . just horrific.

If something isn't right please notify us while you are here and we can change out a mattress that is not satisfactory. We hope that you will visit us again soon.

I loved the closeness to the boardwalk and the option for either indoor or outdoor swimming.
