Hôtel très propre et excellent service par les membres de l’accueil et du déjeuner. Bel hôtel neuf et bien décoré. Pas trop loin de la plage.

Title: Mixed Experience - Friendly Staff, but Major Issues
I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn West in Ocean City, Maryland. The location was convenient, and the hotel appeared to be largely up to date. The staff was friendly, especially a young woman named Essence, who was attentive and responsive to our needs. However, our stay was marred by several significant issues.
Upon arrival, we discovered mold in our bathroom. We reported this to Essence, who quickly brought up cleaners and attempted to resolve the issue herself, even though it wasn’t her job. Despite her efforts, the mold wasn’t completely removed. She informed the manager and maintenance, but no one came to address the problem that day. We had to report the mold again the next day, and it still wasn’t resolved until the third day of our stay. Throughout this process, there was no communication from the management team, which was disappointing.
Additionally, every night from 11 PM to 2 AM, there was someone running and jumping on the floor above us. We called the front desk multiple times, but nothing was done to address the noise disturbance. When we asked if we could switch to another room, we were told that no other rooms were available.
While Essence’s exceptional service and friendliness were highlights of our stay, the lack of timely resolution to the mold issue, the persistent noise problem, and the inability to switch rooms significantly detracted from our experience. Main manager can assist issues more

My stay was for 5 nights. My room was only cleaned once and that was the day before I was to check out. I was scheduled for 2 cleanings I had to complain that the first cleaning wasn't done. The assured me that it would be done the next day. That day came and went and still my room wasn't cleaned. I complained again. Like I said before the room was finally cleaned the day before I checked out. I would like some compensation for this. On a good note I would like to commend HEATHER who was taking care of the breakfast area. She was EXCELLENT in keeping the area Immaculate. Please pass this along to her supervisor.

Quieter area of Ovean City. Easy to find and plenty of free parking. Room very comfortable and quiet. Spotlessly clean and beds comfortable.
Breakfast choice a little limited but what was there was tasty and plentiful. Would definitely recommend and return.

I chose this property because I wanted something nicer , but avoiding costs in OC. Would be nice to have on-site bar/restaurant. The breakfast was not good, it was premade and warmed up and place in trays. For the cost of the hotel, a restaurant would be better. No outside pool. So accommodations were lacking. Still very nice place to stay.

We had an excellent time everyone that worked there from manager to the staff they were all very professional friendly and helpful. The suite the hotel it self was clean.
The Breakfast was good.
My family had a wonderful stay
