The Holiday Inn Ocean City was very nice. The rooms were clean with good amenities, and nice views of the pool and ocean. The pool was nice and large with plenty of seating. And lastly, the staff was friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our next stay!

Publié le 31 juill. 2024 sur HotelsI rented 5 rooms for 4 nights. Our rooms on the 7th floor were great - clean, comfortable, great view of pool and ocean. Our rooms on the 2nd floor were dated and musty. Need to update ASAP. The most disturbing was the pool bar and grill was only open from 11am to 6pm and was closed all day Thursday due to rain in the forecast. The grill is the only place where families can get lunch and still remain at the pool. At 66th street, you have to get in the car and drive for hamburgers, hotdogs, chicken fingers, etc. Very inconvenient. Likewise closing at 6pm prohibits any food purchases in the evening while the pool is still open until 8pm. Ironically the fire pit are open well into the night, but again no place to buy snacks. Very inconvenient for families or couples who just want to stay at the hotel in the evening. Keep the pool bar and grill open until 9 or 10pm.

Unfriendly staff, no communication with clients, problems with the property, water leak and not hot water.

The outside pool and beachfront view is amazing.
The staff were accommodating and nice.
Sadly the hallways and rooms need some serious renovations. The carpet throughout the building smells and is old and dingy. The bathrooms need to be redone.
