There were no heat in the property
Hot water was on and off. Needed to change room to get hot water.
Property manager gave heaters but when turn both at the same time they did not work properly.

This guest was unhappy with the weather. Our staff accommodated him with every request he had. His claims are false and misguided. This review is baseless and doesn’t represent our service and property

First, I was contacted by the manager asking for the payment to be made cash or money order or I would have to pay a $40 for paying with a credit card.
Second, the distribution of the property is incorrect, it says it sleeps 17, it might sleep 10comfortably.
Third, the bathroom door in the front of the apartment needs a new handle, when u go in u get stuck and u will need someone to open it for u from the outside.
Forth, the apartment was not clean, I belive they do not change the bedding between customers. They asked us to bring our own bedding, they should ether keep the bed without any bedding or change the bedding and the customer can their own as well.
Fifth, there is mold on the shower door.

Publié le 11 oct. 2021 sur HotelsWe were very happy with the comfort of the bed, the friendliness of the owner, and the location couldn't be beat. We had the 2 bedroom apt and they even gave us a first floor apt due to us being older with mobility issues.

The location was a 30 second walk to the beach and boardwalk. The owners were pleasant. The apartment was clean and spacious. Overall it was a great stay and we would go back again
