She also provides excellent instructions regarding the “how to” for the condo.

We have a pick-up and it was little hard to maneuver through the garage. The unit is facing the boardwalk and the ocean. The view was worth it. The property was clean, and there were a lot of little touches that made the stay easy and you get the feeling that the host really wants you to have a good time. We made the mistake of bringing beach chairs because we weren't sure how many there were, or what condition they were in. They had about 5-6 beach chairs and they were in great condition. There was laundry detergent, dryer sheets, salt & pepper and plenty of coffee filters. The place was beautiful, airy and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.
