See sunrise over the ocean from your living room!

This is the closest you can sleep to the beach legally! :-) Takes exactly 32 seconds to walk from the elevators to the beach. Tastefully decorated two bed, two bath, 2nd floor, beachfront unit in the Atlantis condominium at 10300 Coastal Highway. Newly renovated, all new furniture and beds (2021) including comfortable couch and love seat, large dining room table with 8 chairs, 65" TV, 47 Mbps Wifi, washer/dryer and a huge pool. The entire front of the condo is large wall-to-wall windows that open and look directly out over the ocean. From your condo you will hear seagulls and waves; you will not hear traffic. The sunroom has a 14-foot oak bar by the windows looking out over the ocean - the perfect place for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. North OC is a fairly quiet area where you can still walk to almost anything you'd want to do. We have particularly enjoyed it in the "off" season, when there are still plenty of things to experience. Kids are very welcome!

On the beach!
Great location right on the water. Nice furniture and decor. The floors had not been swept in a long time and there were black long hairs all over the master bath; on the wall, in the shower, on the floor, on a bar of soap in the shower and in the hand towel hanging in the master bath.

A little piece of heaven!
Went for a little last minute mother/daughter getaway and found this gem of a place! We enjoyed sitting at the high top bar drinking or coffee and wine watching and listening to waves. The condo was fully equipped with anything you might night. Check in was a breeze. Great communication. We could not have asked for a better place to stay! Will 1000% stay again!

Beautiful view, great location
We had a quick two nights and absolutely loved it. The condo itself has a few things that need updating, especially the bathrooms - some of the tile is in rough shape in the 2nd bathroom. However, these issues didn't really detract from our stay. Some of our best times were sitting at the bar at sunrise looking out at the ocean and hearing the waves. Incredibly beautiful!

We had a great stay at Steve’s place. He was so helpful with anything we needed. The place was perfect for our family. 2 twin beds and a king bed were great for all of us. The couches and the view were the best!

The owners are so awrsome! Great communication and anything and everything you can think of is there for you. Such a great space. Having 2 bathrooms was great for 2 teenage boys! Best place I have ever Stayed!!
The owners are wonderful to deal with. This was a business/family trip. The internet was not working when we first arrived very late that night. I sent a message to the owners and to my surprise. They had a man come and fix it , first thing that morning. You can't get better service than that. The place is just gorgeous. The views were amazing, very clean, with everything you need. I am hoping we can rent this place every year. It is truly a must stay wroth every penny!!
