Great cottage just need some TLC

The maids must check the locations often and clean everything. I found mold on a chopping board the bathrooms had chemical residue everywhere. The washer and dryer is struggling and the microwave will die anyday soon. The tv in the room doesn’t work. This place is an awesome stay but it must be looked after and taken care of to give an overall better experience.

We Got Catfished

I don't even know where to begin... for having to pay X amount for a cleaning fee; the house was disgusting, the WiFi didn't work so the Roku TV didn't work as well. There was crusted over food on the baking sheets, grease on the pans and cups, dried food on the plates, wet food in the dishwasher, and the stove was covered in grease. There was a half smoked cigarette in the pantry, light bulbs were missing from some of the fixtures, only one TV actually turned on. I spoke with the customer service (called twice, first time a representative hung up on me) and sent in photo evidence of how nasty the house is. There was no dish soap, but there was a couple of sponges and was next to a box Raid insect killer under the sink. There was roach/rodent feces in the closet, with a rodent trap that appeared to be several months old. In the corners of the whole house was bundles of spider webs and as for the router in the closet, the Ethernet cable appeared to be hot glued to the router. This was a disappointing house I would never go back to this house nor recommend.

Unhappy

Uncomfortable beds dirty floors when we got here fridge door bars for shelves look like they are going to break linen and towels when there should have been none wifi goes in and out alot cleaning crew was not thorough felt scared to step on the decks felt like I was gonna fall through on certain parts. Unhappy and dissatisfied with our stay

Not again using this service

House was not clean, bugs fling around the kitchen. Bathroom was not clean. Not cable and or Wifi /internet working at all. Had to call for service. To whole weekend not TV and or cable working. Other building under the same management did not work.
