This cute, one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is located in a small building in a quiet area of North Ocean City. This second-floor escape is equipped with central air conditioning to keep you cool all summer, a private washer/dryer to take care of all your laundry needs, and a full kitchen to assist with meal preparation when you're not dining out on the town.


This condo sits just about a block south of the Maryland-Delaware state line, allowing you easy access to the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, tax-free shopping, and all sorts of dining and entertainment. The beautiful ocean beach is only half a mile east as well.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
