Good if your staying 1 night not 3
Room was clean however we are not sure why there was a plastic bag covering the smoke detector when we got there. Rooms are small. No bath towels just wash clothes and hand towels. You have to check in and check out at the motel on the corner which is weird. The AC was so loud very hard to sleep. Walls are to thin to be pet friendly. We could hear someone's dog whining when we returned to our room at night.

Blinds were broken everyone could see in. Ac barely worked , room was overall disgusting and worth maybe 30 dollars a night. Door barely shut and had a gap between the bottom of the door and the frame.

DONT STAY AT THIS DUMP!
The bad reviews about this place are 100% true! I’m not picky and wanted to be near the beach so I took a chance but it’s one of the WORST places I’ve ever stayed in - absolutely AWFUL! The bathroom had a fly infestation problem; the bed was insanely lumpy and uncomfortable; there was no chain or deadbolt on the door and you could see light all the way around it-I’m pretty sure anyone could push it in, so I kept a chair against it for safety; the blinds were broken and had sections missing so there was no privacy (I hung a pillow case and washcloth over the holes); the floors were FILTHY-I had to wash my feet several times (they were black) in just a matter of hours; there’s no way to reach anyone in the middle of the night; pet friendly = SMELLS LIKE DOG PISS and there are dogs barking all night long that you can hear thru the paper thin walls when people (that don’t deserve to have them) leave them alone for hours on end and management DOESN'T CARE and tells you they ‘aren’t responsible for their guests behavior’! Do yourself a favor - STAY ANYWHERE ELSE! Heck, you’d be better off sleeping on the streets!!!

It was flies everywhere! Door don’t provide safety! It’s across from the boardwalk is the only good thing! Sheets was discolored we laid on top and purchased blankets! Dresser was missing knobs it was trash outside! The blinds was all ripped up so people can look in! Mold in shower!

I did not know the 1 double bed room was gonna be so small so that sucked. The door to the bathroom kept getting jammed half way and I had to lift it up to fully open it. Super Tiny bathroom as well. The furniture had water damage and was in really bad condition. The floor was really dirty, we basically had to clean the entire room ourselves once we realized how dirty It was. We did not encounter bugs but woke up with bites. Toilet got clogged like 3 times they came to fix but it kept happening. Room 219 is right next to the big table on the patio so we can hear everyone right outside being loud. The mini fridge worked but had rust on the outside, so did the door knob. Parking was super tight. The young man and Lady working the front desk were pleasent and nice! Look I'm not expecting a 5 star experience for $60-$100 a night but this place needs to be shut down for a little bit so they can do a major renovation. Will not be back.

A lot of the reviews are accurate. We drive 5 hours from New York for the cruisin event. We wanted something close and this was close. Proximity to the boardwalk amazing. However, as soon as we pulled up we questioned. It looked a little disheveled from the outside but we decided it can’t be that bad. The floor was disgusting. It wasn’t obvious. At first glance it looked clean. However we spilled a little water and I went to clean it with a wipes, the wipey was black as night. Okay maybe a fluke, my son who’s starting to walk has indoor walking shoes. They were white the soles. After walking around that floor the soles were black. We stayed the night, I refused to shower because it looked like there was mold in the shower, but there was also a light cover of dust by where the toilet paper was. The comforter was gross, my daughter said that the bottom white sheet was like sticky. We stayed one night I turned the key back day 2 after we had seen the parade and kind of walked around. I felt bad because the staff lady was nice but she also tried to tell me they clean. There’s no way they cleaned and if they needed more proof, there’s a dead roach in the top drawer. Everything in the room felt sticky. The lap next to the bed felt sticky. Some people say you get what you pay for and usually I agree but I can understand no frills but that was just downright disgusting. Next year I’ll book either in Delaware or another hotel. There is a $60 pet fee.

While property was pet friendly, what they don't tell you up front is that there is a $60 fee for the pet. Room was musty. There was a dead moth in the soap dish in the shower. The shower drain didn't work and almost flooded, although they did come fairly quickly to fix it. You get what you pay for.

No frills old motel catering to lower economy peop
Old no frills hotel. Small rooms and tiny bathroom. Needs major renovations and updating. Old motel. Most of their guests are what I’d call low class ghetto types. I booked it last minute and it was a block from the beach so I figured what the hell. Two nights I paid $500 on Labor Day weekend. This place isn’t worth more than $80 a night. Even with their close location to the beach.

We checked into this property, went to the room went in the door viewed it and went and turned the keys back in. There was no way we were letting our kids sleep here. Roaches in the shower, mold around the ac unit, so small you can hardly function, cords for the tv and ac unit are unsafe for children, Bed was so old it had so many dips in it l, no real blankets just sheet with the outdated display cover, smelled of cigarettes and dog, place was just over all disgusting. The photos on Expedia are nothing like what this place actually looks like in person! Do not book this!

Pricing I paid could have been cheaper for the room it was…. Which is what it was, just a room and a small bathroom. Good for short trips definitely not made for more than a 2 night stay. Staff was nice and worked hard daily. Rooms were kind of noisy could hear everything going on… air conditioning was great… mini fridge served it’s purpose…
