Good but dirty
Publié le 22 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property its self is ok. It is obvious that the cleaning of this condo is lacking and has been for many months if not years. I notified company and they promised me a refund of cleaning deposit. Then they lied and said we kicked their cleaning lady out. We did not kick her out. She said she was done with her cleaning and just waiting for sheets in the dryer to make a bed. We told her we could make the bed and she could go if she was done with everything else. She assured us she was done cleaning and only waiting for the sheets. She was laughing and playing with the baby. She left ( with no cleaning items but a vaccuum) and apparently said we kicked her out to cover her own a$$. The local managing company called us and made excuses why the condo wasn't clean; We only have 3 girls to clean 23 units, one girl drove her car off a cliff, Is it really going to ruin your vacation if so and so isn't clean. Totally unprofessional.
So needeless to say they won't return our cleaning deposit and we won't rent that dirty condo again.

Clean Place, good neighborhood, Wifi and Television did NOT work entire stay

Great Place to Stay!!! Lacking in the rental details...
Publié le 12 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayThis was a great place to stay!! Just a few minutes drive from the beach and right in this great little community of residents and vacation rentals! Several places to eat, a small store, and tons of activities for the kids just a walk down the block! Property was tidy but I wonder about the cleaning. We found a previous visitor's sweatshirt under one bed and a child's coat in the closet of another room. Makes me worry about if they even changed the sheets if they can't even check under the bed or open the closet (the closet with the coat in it had a broken door so maybe that's why the cleaners didn't check). The address on the check in included the condo number but that made the GPS take us somewhere else entirely!! We drove around for over 15 minutes looking for the right property. THEN the condo had it's own name (fine) but they did NOT include the entire property/building name so when we found it, we weren't sure it was the right place. Took almost a half an hour total to get into the rental simply because they have a bad address listed and didn't name the condo building's name along with the room name. A lot of little details need to be improved but overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay again!!

Great condo on the end of the building. Quiet surroundings in a cute new development. Washer still not working which was a disappointment. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. WiFi was great for teenagers.

Publié le 1 mai 2022 sur HomeAwayThe was our home base in getting to explore the beaches and experience the shorebird festival. Clean, Comfortable but does need a bit of TLC to fix closet door knobs, broken cabinet hinges that come with lots of use.

A few improvements

The only concerns we had were: We thought there were only 2 bath towels, so we called for more and never heard back from anyone. There were no dish towels and the paper products are very cheap. It would be helpful if instructions were given on how to work the TV. It would also be helpful to include in the unit description what type of coffee maker is in the unit.
