I was victim of a credit card fraud 2 days before traveling, so it couldn’t get replaced in time. Before arriving at the hotel pass 9:00 PM, we had traveled all day to visit Olympic National Park. The lady at the reception was incapabke to change the credit on the record in order to complete the check-in. We had to wait more ghan 30 minutes before getting our room. Worst experience in recent years

I tried to help her over the phone and since that was not working, I told her that I am five minutes away and that I would be there to help her out with the situation. The staff was VERY accommodating and knowledgeable and the room was basically OK. I believe the hotel is undergoing renovations at the moment so we made some allowances. It's Ocean Shores that was the real problem. What a waste of time! There's only 1 dinner house worth going to, but you'll pay about 35 per person. No cafes, but there are several pizza places. However, if you're going to the coast, why would you go to a pizza house? There's nothing to do here unless you want to fish or just stand around in thick fog on packed sand. No reason to go back there.

We enjoyed our room. It was clean and comfortable. We were very disappointed that the pool was broken. We had a 13 year old who was looking forward to swimming. We found plenty to do in the area which made up for no pool.

Elevator and poll not working,still they kept us on 2nd floor.

Undergoing renovation. Elevator wasn’t operational. Common areas messy as a result of ongoing work. Dirty windows. Breakfast items could have been better.

We had a great stay! We reserved a dog friendly room which was clean and very easy access. The staff was GREAT and very friendly. The facility overall was in need of some wear and tear upgrades but nothing that would not make us stay again. The pool was a perfect temp (warm) as well as the hot tub (good hot tub temp) although both looked like they were ready for a cleaning or shock treatment as the water was a bit cloudy but again not enough to keep us out of the facility. The breakfast in the morning was very good with a good selection and very well run, food was abundant and the area was kept clean and stocked. The best part was they had a ICED COFFEE maker that was available 24/7 which I have yet to see at other hotels. I would definitely stay again - great little get away for me (mom) and my teenage daughter and our dogs.
