We stayed in the Enchanted Forest themed house- was cute and clean - needed a few things and communication and promptness of response was excellent- I would stay there afain

The light lamp provided is out of battery. It will be great to have dish washer; it is not clear how clean the dish should be washed. The instruction for sheet and bedding was not super clear.

We stock extra batteries in our guest lounge area for situations like these. You would be happy to know that we have installed dish washers in a few of our villas and you can choose them during your next stay with us. We will work towards making our instructions more clear for sheets as well as bedding. We hope to host you again sometime and ensure that you have a seamless experience with us.

Our family was delightfully surprised by the character of our villa. We loved wearing Viking helmets and eating in the Viking ship! We had 5 adults and we all slept well, even the pullout couch was comfortable. We reserved our villa 1 hour before our arrival, it took some digging but once we found a phone number to call, we were able to quickly get settled in our villa.

The thematic stay is a wonderful getaway and cooler than just a hotel near the beach. It makes the stay much more memorable. The full kitchen setup also is super awesome. Great to be able to cook during the stay.

Sleepless Until Seatle

I’m not usually the type that leaves reviews when I’m unsatisfied. But this place was pretty bad and we felt misled. To make a long rant short, the area is not so great. The place had a musty, stale smoke smell. We could even smell cat urine in one of the bedrooms There was some type of air purifier that i think they were hoping would remedy that. The toilet paper was straight from the gas station bathroom., The hand soap was literally water (produced zero suds). Even the Dawn soap at the kitchen sink was watered down. Two large spiders accompanied us during our stay. The place is dark, outdated and just a bit creepy. I’m a business owner myself and I understand overhead and keeping expenses at bay. But I just don’t understand how saving a coupe of bucks is beneficial to the greater scheme of it. We did appreciate the attempt and creativity of the room though.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, although we're truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. We strive to provide a comfortable and pleasant stay for all our guests and our customer service team is always available to address any concerns during your stay. Unfortunately, we did not receive any calls or messages from you during your stay. We take pride in providing a luxurious stay to our guests and none of our supplies like hand soap, toilet paper etc. are low in quality. We are sorry that you found them to be watered down. We will thoroughly investigate this and ensure that this doesn't get repeated. Regarding the place being dark, it is setup on a Medieval theme and the accent lights are setup to match the medieval decor. We apologise if it did not meet your expectations. We are located very close to the ocean due to which a smell lingers around in the bedroom upstairs whenever there is a strong sea breeze and it smells like cat urine to some guests. However, I can assure you that it is the sea breeze smell and an air purifier as well as an air freshener has been furnished to reduce the effect of the smell. We sincerely hope that you will give us another opportunity to provide you with a more positive experience. Thank you once again for your feedback, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.
