Superbe séjour

As described and expected. Front staff was extremely friendly and helpful every time we interacted with them. Room was clean and perfect for our stay.

Each room is individually owned and our room was very clean and comfortable and the sound of the waves was fantastic! Nice staff too!

Clean updated facility. Room had a jacuzzi in the room. Suite had full sized kitchen and family room. Located near the drive up beach access. Will definitely return

A nice surprise!
Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HotelsWe were impressed with our stay here. The room was clean and well stocked. For a studio, the place seemed roomy and the furniture was in good shape. It was great to have a balcony to sit on and watch the ocean. The pool and hot tub were clean and the adult only times were much appreciated. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Ocean Shores.

The room (No. 313) is well-furnished and spacious. The view of the Pacific from the balcony is beautiful. We travel with our dog, who enjoyed running in the large back yard and walking through the woods to the beach.

Won't stay here again
Publié le 2 août 2024 sur HotelsNo air conditioning. They supply you with a box fan. All rooms face west and not many windows are operable. Dirty. Smelled like urine in the room.

We do not advertise as having AC and the information sent prior to your stay also spells that out. We will however address with housekeeping why there might have been a urine smell as that is NOT common and we take that very seriously. However, with that said, we have no notes in your reservation that you mentioned it and we would have been happy to immediately address it had it been brought to our attention prior to a review.
