Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée et propre. L'hotel offre des services supplémentaires sympa : pisicine, jacuzzi, salle de jeux, restaurant. Acceuil tres serviable. A deux pas des plages. Je recommande

Large rooms were great. Fireplace good. Bedding was 100yrs old and questionable. Patios were falling off the building.

I hadn"t been to Ocean Shores in years. The Polynesian always fascinated me. I left a 2 star on cleanliness because the carpet was a little stained and the coffee pot hadn't been cleaned. The other thing that perturbed me was we couldn't use the balcony or even open the door and the unit had no A/C. I understand its under new management. The staff was awesome and truly seemed ibvested in pleasing their guests. Hopefully, it improves.

We were told the balcony doors had been secured to only open 4” due to safety concerns. Imagine our shock when we are laying in bed and someone from the room next door was standing on our balcony looking into our room. When asked by staff they said they were getting their dog. I do not believe this as you do not need to come to the rail near the bedroom window and look in if you are getting your dog. The staff worker did not re-secure their door, did not ask them to leave, did not call the police. We did not feel safe to stay so at 10:30 at night we packed up and drove 2 1/2 hours home. A Thirty one dollar discount is what they feel our safety and peace of mind is worth. THIRTY ONE DOLLARS. For a $200 /night stay they gave us $31! Unbelievable. They would never treat their friends or family this way I guarantee it. Stay somewhere else!

I booked for 1 night and then decided to book a 2nd night. I paid for both nights upfront. The first night was fine then the 2nd day I went out for a run and when I got back at 11:30 am, the phone was ringing. It was the front desk telling me that check out was at 11:00 am. I told them that i already paid for a second night. They apologized. I thought it was rude. They should have checked first instead of accusing me of not checking out on time. A few minutes later there was a knock at the door and it was the front desk lady giving me new keys to the room. She stated that the night auditor canceled my room keys thinking I only paid for 1 night. I just wanted to be left alone. Very unprofessional
