Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée et propre. L'hotel offre des services supplémentaires sympa : pisicine, jacuzzi, salle de jeux, restaurant. Acceuil tres serviable. A deux pas des plages. Je recommande

I have to say that the ladies who assisted with my check in process were TERRIFIC. I just wish that there could have been a better solution to the lack of room cleaners on staff. I was not pleased with the wait, but I know they were doing their best. As a suggestion, may I recommend text alerts to inform incoming guests of any delays that might occur? I appreciate your consideration and time for reading my message.

We paid for an ocean view room and when we arrived we were told we could not go out on the decks. The ocean is hard to view because the windows are dirty and old, there is not an option to take a picture. Had I known the decks were closed I would have paid for the cheaper option. They have put screws on the sliders so they do not open and we were told there is a fee if the screw is removed. They are tight on the towels, you must return the towels to get new towels. Our room was nice. Elevator broke while we were there.

Very unfortunate that this property is not being taken care of. When we got there our room was not stocked with anything, I had to wait for them to bring stuff. The hot tub was filthy and unusable. Couldn't go out onto the balconies as they were under renovation. Couldn't get the restaurant to answer the phone so not sure why they say they have room service. I asked for handicap room and ended up on the third floor. The TV in the bedroom wouldn't work at all.

The place is really run down. Our toilet was coming up out of floor. Very old and needs some tlc!!!!

Unique access to the beach! Didn't like having to go up to the 3rd floor, walk ALL the way to end of floor just to get a bucket of ice! Also no towels in room! Had to go to office to get them. Counter people very courteous!

Dana, thank your for taking the time to leave this review. We are working on fixing our ground floor ice machine. I'm sorry for the inconvenience of the only working ice machine on the third floor. I'm sorry to hear your room was not properly stocked, but we are always available at the front desk should your need anything during your stay.
