This beautiful Southern Home was built in 1899 and newly renovated to to become The Mocking Bird Inn. The Azalea Suite, one of 6 suites on property is nestled on a LIVE OAK lined historic street on the wrap around front porch. FORT BAYOU is located next to the property so, take a stroll next door to HISTORIC MARBLE SPRINGS PARK. Just 1 block to DOWNTOWN OS GALLERIES, SHOPPING & RESTAURANTS, or if you're coming to town for one of the many festivals; Peter Anderson Art Festival, Cruisin' The Coast, Mississippi Songwriters, this is your spot. Just 1 mile to the BEACH & 3 miles to the Biloxi CASINO's.
The Space-
Window seating, exposed brick, French doors leading to the bedroom...talk about charm! The Azalea Suite features a comfy KING BED with soft linens and fluffy pillows. A sound machine and an alarm clock are provided in the room. There is a desk in the bedroom for a quiet WORKSPACE if you must work while traveling. HIGH SPEED INTERNET will keep you connected during those virtual meetings.

In the morning brew a cup of coffee with the KEURIG and head out to the beautiful WRAP AROUND PORCH nestled under two giant LIVE OAK TREES. In the South the front porch is known for bringing people together. Never know who you might meet!

The bathroom features a GLASS & TILED SHOWER, pedestal sink, large towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and blow dryer .

You can cozy up at the window seat with a book and cup of tea or watch your favorite Netflix shows on the 42" SMART TV in the living room, located on the west end of the front porch with seating right outside your front door.

Lovely DOWNTOWN OCEAN SPRINGS is only a block away, across highway 90. Check out the many shops, restaurants, bars and art galleries. FRONT BEACH is a mile away for a relaxing day in the sun. For a good run or walk head to the beach or the Biloxi Bay Bridge. You're going to love Ocean Springs! Welcome INN.

Well behaved doggies under 40 pounds are welcome. A $75 non-refundable pet fee will be charged at booking.

The Mockingbird Inn has 5 additional Suites that are available as well. Its a perfect for a group to rent all of the suites when coming to the area for a special events such as weddings, class reunions, golf trip, girls weekends, family reunions, couples retreat, etc. Special rates may be available in these instances.

The VRBO was way more than what we would’ve expected. The pictures were exactly as the unit was. The unit was clean and very well funished one of the best VRBO’s that we’ve stayed at. We definitely would stay with them again. There was nothing that you could laying the unit for.

Wonderful porch and old oaks greet you at this property. Adjacent to a small park with views of a bayou. Birdsong. Frogs. Peace. But walkable to downtown and easy access to Biloxi and I-10.

A lovely much needed getaway.
The Azalea Suite at Mockingbird Inn is a beautifully appointed and welcoming place to stay if you're visiting Ocean Springs or the surrounding area. Kimberly goes above and beyond to make her Inn feel like you're coming home. The lights are on to welcome you and there's everything you need to move right in. It's very convenient to all that Ocean Springs has to offer or you can sit quietly on the large porch in the morning enjoying a cup of coffee or another beverage in the evening. We'll be back.

Southern Charm!
We have never been to Ocean Springs and what a special surprise! Our stay at Kim & Troy’s Inn was the centerpiece of our visit there and wish we could have stayed longer! This suite was amazing, clean, comfortable, and close to everything you may need. We had everything we needed in the suite. I would like to just make a suggestion to the owners if possible to have a couple beach chairs and maybe a beach umbrella there to make trips to the beach alot more comfortable. Quaint, clean and a great location
The communication was great. We booked the day before our stay and heard back immediately. Check-in was seamless and the property was very clean. The location is very close to the historic area. The only issue was a bit of road noise and a train that runs close by. However, that is the trade off for being very close to everything.

A beautiful and comfortable Inn
Mockingbird Inn is much like a picture from Southern Living Magazine, but you can actually stay there. The gigantic and gorgeous live oaks welcome you at the front of the inn. There is plenty of parking under and around the graceful trees. We stayed in the Azalea Suite, which had more than ample room for two people. We enjoyed the architectural details in the suite and everything we needed was at our fingertips. We will be coming back to Mockingbird Inn in the Spring of 2024 for our 51st anniversary.
