Not well maintained
Publié le 29 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe community was very nice as well as the management company. The actual unit we stayed in was not well maintained. The carpets were stained and we actually would not walk in bare feet.. There was a blood stain on the carpet and bed spread. Some of the dining room chairs were falling apart. The deck off the living room needed repairs to the point we would not allow anyone to sit out there for fear of the deck collapsing. To top it all off, we could not use the pool because the owner never paid for the passes. The woman at the community center was nice enough to allow 2 of us to use the pool but we paid for a vacation for 4 and therefore could not use the pool as a family. We actually left a day early. The management company was great and is supposed to be working on a partial refund!

Nice relaxing vacation
Publié le 14 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay at Bethany Beach. The condo was wonderful. Not to often do you find a condo that offers 4 bathrooms. Which was so great when you have 9 adults. The condo was clean & spacious. The pool was large & a lot of fun. Would recommend a stay here.

Publié le 18 sept. 2021 sur HomeAwayThe location is excellent with one caveat, the unit is advertised as a “Ocean front” unit when is not. Although I must point out the view at night from the balcony is nice, quiete and on a clear night you can see the stars “winking” at you. Aside from that the unit was super clean the neighborhood and the neighbors were nice and friendly. Definitely looking forward to booking again next year.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. NO WHERE on this listing does it say Ocean Front. This property is on the bay and is noted as such.

family beach trip . plenty of room for our 10 people . 4 bathrooms was great .
Publié le 1 août 2021 sur HomeAwaygreat location . place was definitely adequate for our group. we loved everything except we would have liked a grille . also we should have been told it was on the third floor. we would definitely stay again. Beach chairs would have been nice.

Thank you for the feedback. We apologize for any confusion but I want to clarify that the unit description does in fact state that it is on the 3rd floor, very first sentence "Wake up to the ultimate views of Delaware wildlife in this impeccably maintained 3rd floor, 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo over looking wetlands in the quiet golf community of Bethany Bay." As for grilling, in any condo unit, it is prohibited. Considered a fire hazard. As for beach chairs, I will pass on your feedback to the owner regarding this. I believe the biggest reason is lack of storage and access. We thank you for your business and look forward to seeing you again.
