Publié le 13 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was located in a terrific location and was spacious but there were three issues that would make me look elsewhere should I return:
1. Guests are required to launder all sheets & towels before checking out at 11:00 AM (or bring your own). I have stayed at several short term rentals and have never had this be part of the deal. What if a person is coming from far? What if they have a plane to catch early on the last morning of their stay? What is the cleaning fee for?
2. We needed to contact the host about a couple of issues (no working lamp in the main bedroom, the ice maker was not working, etc.) and the host response time was not quick.
3. No hair dryer provided? Even hotels provide this.

Great location, clean, but needs some upgrades.
Publié le 4 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe location is good, about 15 minutes from the beach. Golf course and pool access which is very nice/convenient. The residence could use some upgrades as the TV in the living room was very slow, dryer and pull out couch did not work. Both items were reported and hopefully fixed in the near future. Other then that cute property!

Yes! We just had the new dryer delivered and are waiting on the delivery of the new sleeper sofa!
