Magnificent Ocean views! On Oceano sandy beach with fire pit

Seagull is a cozy, clean, bright cottage located just behind our Sand Dollar House and steps to the beach. You can enjoy the amazing views of the beach from the upper deck of this property. Go to sleep to the lulling sounds of ocean waves. Have your morning coffee on the Captain's deck, with its fabulous ocean view. Stroll out your front door, just steps to the sea. BBQ on gas grills, either on your beach patio or upper deck.

Enjoy boogie boarding, surfing, paddle boarding, wind kiting. Build a fire on the beach.

Two queen beds, one hide-a-bed. Bath and a half. Tv's in every room. Small kitchen has full size stove and refrigerator.

Laundry, high speed internet.

Air conditioning is not needed on the beachfront

At the beach..
Amazing view and location. Home in a great safe location. The shower needed some cleaning, but the rest of the house and bathrooms were clean. We really enjoyed the second floor deck view, fire place and access to the beach. We were a family of four. My wife and my two teens. They all enjoyed themselves. We will be coming back. You will enjoy it..

Property was yards to the water. Upper deck was great for mornings and sunset. My grandchildren played in a huge sand box area right in our front entrance. Really cool place. We enjoyed it and will be back next year!!

Mouse/Rat, but great location
The place is a little old, needs updating, but the location was awesome for us, you can see all the dune-buggy and big trucks as they make their way across, and get stuck on, the beach. The bummer was there was a rat that ate into our banana we left on the counter overnight, left rat droppings. We made sure we didn't leave any food out anymore. And upon investigating, one of the hallway closet interior walls has a Tom and Jerry style opening, riddled with droppings, where we actually saw the rat poke his head out. We covered the hole as best as we can overnight, as we had one more night before our check-out. We messaged the owner, and a few days later she responded and said that they caught it with a mouse-trap. I'd suggest permanently covering any interior house access as best as possible!

Sand in your toes!
Step out your door and you are on the patio that backs up to the beach. A ton of nice soft sand can make it a challenge to walk to the beach, but we are 75 with bad knees, most people will not have any problem. A little eclectic with doors everywhere but once you get the lay of the land it is a very nice little duplex. Wouldn't suggest for more than 4 adults and 2 adults and 2 kids. We had two dogs and they loved roaming the dunes. Seems like everybody there has a dog or two. We drove onto the beach which was a real treat right up until the point we got stuck. Rookie/tourist mistake but two separate gentle men with 4x4 trucks stopped and gave us a tow. Enjoy!

Property was great. Did not have ocean view but could hear the waves and birds singing. Did not know that Oeano is used as access point for pick-up trucks to drive on sand, so it was a bit odd, but still had some nice walks on the beach and had a dog with us too!

There was no info saying this property was a duplex. It was very confusing the layout of the property. My side (seagull side) was very dirty. There was dust everywhere. There were bugs on the master bed by the pillows and hair on the wall/floor of the shower. The pictures made it look easy to get to the beach. It wasn’t. I think I will stick with hotels from now on.

Cute little beach house
My husband, 3-year-old, and dog recently stayed here over Easter and had a blast! It’s a little small, but we’re used to small, and it was perfect for us. It’s such a cute and unique little beach house. We loved being so close to the beach and there is so much to do nearby! The owner, Nell, was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely come back!

The location was literally steps from the beach. The only issue was it was at the beach's entrance there was frequent trucks carrying ATVs interrupting this gorgeous view, to the point where we wonder if this was a street based on the amount of vehicle traffic. The beach was incredible early morning (before those shops opened) which gave me the beach front experience I had hoped for. The house was on the smaller side with a very small kitchen but successfully accommendated 3 adults and 1 infant just fine.The main issue we had is that it needed to be air out a bit when we arrived so I opened the windows and purchased some products to freshen the air and we were fine The host was incredibly nice and responsive.
