Perfect location-view from every room!
Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayGorgeous property, I love the landscape and the layout of the place. Plus the beach access- incredible. We've stayed at NCV several times, all the units seem to be a good location but this one had a view to the south and west- we can't wait to come back!

Wonderful Condo

Publié le 26 août 2023 sur HomeAwayEverything about our 4 day stay was great. The condo was nicely done and the master bed was terrific. We overlooked the beach from every window. The grounds were beautiful and felt very resort like. The saltwater pool was lovely.
My only advice would be if you are not coming with children to wait until school has started!

Beautiful Oceanside condo
Publié le 29 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayAmazing views, fantastic location, complete with beach equipment and toys! Our only complaint and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the mattresses and pillows on the beds were not comfortable.

A little dated but great stay
Publié le 17 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayAre is just north of the main Oceanside area with restaurants, shops and easy access to the pier. However you can walk right down to the beach from the condo. Mostly clean, some areas around the stove were not and there were spills on the walls but an easy wipe down with some wipes. The parking is tough as they assign you a spot but the car next to us was so big, we couldn’t park there a majority of our visit so I had to find the open 24 hr spots that were often much farther away. Additionally, the guests on top of us were very early risers (5a) and sounded like they were moving furniture every day so not the best insulation. Clearly no fault of the management company, who was great as they sent detailed instructions and texted and called to check in on the stay. The condo is a bit worn but I would overall recommend it.
