Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayCondo was updated and had basically everything one would need. Beautiful view from master bedroom of the ocean with a nice patio area to enjoy the view. Ceiling Fans in all the rooms plus additional plug in fans which helps on the warmer days. Beds were comfortable and lots of beach toys and supplies to use.

This property was decent but has no air conditioning which wasn’t disclosed in the listing. When you arrive it is extremely hot and takes a while to cool down after you turn on every fan around the apartment. As a parent I feel a little unsafe sleeping with all the windows and sliding doors even being on the 3/4th floor.

Steps to the beach
Publié le 24 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayUpstairs bedroom can see smell and hear the ocean. House was very clean and well stocked. Has 1 assigned parking spot in covered secured garage. No A/C but plenty of fans throughout the condo. Washer and dryer is a by clubhouse for community . Security and manager were very responsive.
