Perfect spot for a last minute booking

Perfect Beach Getaway for 2!
Publié le 2 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayCozy studio, with enough space for two people. Nicely remodeled. Everything works properly, was clean and new, and felt fresh. The views and backyard sand made the lack of a beach much more bearable than if we had to walk a mile just to feel the sand.

We're sorry to hear about your disappointment with the beachfront access. Due to the rising tide in Oceanside, the beach landscape has evolved over time leaving little to no beach in front of many Oceanside properties.
Because of the lack of beach access, we try our best to send informational emails to our guests regarding the rising tide/lack of beach access so no one is surprised when arriving at the property. Sunset beach
Publié le 5 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThis is such a perfect place. AC worked great kitchen was cute and tidy. Bed was comfy. The outdoor area was perfect. We had our own sandy beach. The only thing that was kind of a bummer was the pillows were brand new and were not broken in yet. But I hope to Return one day. Thank you so much

Nice, Clean, Great Views
Publié le 13 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a lovely time. The sound of the ocean can be heard all day and night as the beach is just a few feet away. I just wish they had told us the beach access had collapsed and was blocked off and not at all accessible due to severe rock and cement destruction from erosion and storms. You will have to walk down the street a few blocks to access the beach. Otherwise, if you don't mind not having direct access to the beach, it's perfect for you. May pose a problem for little dogs and small children if you are not constantly watching them near the fenced off area as it has gaps near the bottom of the fences making it possible for small dogs and children to fall into.
