Hi Steve, we followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: Our goal is to ensure that our guests have an exceptional stay with us and provide high standards of hospitality. We are sorry to hear that you did not have the five-star experience we endeavor to provide our guests. - We value the cleanliness and condition of the home and we ensure to have it professionally serviced and cared for as well as visiting the home to check in ourselves. - We aim for transparency and our listing, photos, and amenities listed are accurately advertised. At this time, we do not provide a child gate and we will consider it for future guests. We apologize for the beach chairs you found. They were left by other guests but based on your feedback, we may need to trash those since they are in an unacceptable condition and are not part of the offering we provide our guests. - As it is standard in vacation rentals, we provide bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for up to 10 guests. We are saddened to hear that they have either been taken or were not prepped by the cleaning team for your visit. We will share this feedback with them to prevent this issue for future guests. - Communication is important to us and we maintain consistent availability. We wish you had reached out to us during your stay if had any other needs to make your stay more comfortable. As it has been noted in previous reviews, we have accommodated guests with extra items or necessities for their visits when requested. Items like a baby gate can be given temporarily if necessary.
