Good and Bad
Publié le 4 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayThe place was newly painted and carpeted. The view from the balcony was nice but it was too cold to sit out much. The kitchen was cramped but worked for 2 people. The tile counter in the kitchen is painted with wall paint. Paint keeps peeling off the tile and on to the pans, utensils and food.
The bed is comfortable. There is no chest of drawers in the bedroom and all the storage is full of towels and sheets. There is only 1 shelf in the closet to store clothes. If you live out of a suit case it is OK, we were there a month.
The front door sticks. The place is heated by 3 wall heaters, there is no thermostat.
The bathroom stopper is broken and would not stay in place. The worst of all was that when you run water into the sink sewer gas comes out of the drain and you breath it. We asked to have both the stopper and the sewer gas fixed for weeks, but it never was. It’s a health issue.

Jeffrey, I am sorry you were unhappy,
You never complained about the heat or that you were cold. We would have brought you some additional space heaters. And the heating method is the same method used in the entire complex all 550 condos. I wish we had known
you were cold so we could have met your needs better.The entire complex has no thermostats. You never complained of any sewage smell and no other guest has told us that and I have been multiple times to the property and smelled nothing. We cleaned both sinks today ourselves and smelled no sewage gas. And you never mentioned a bad smell to me.We replaced the television in the living room for you that was not broken. You insisted it sounded wrong. The sound was fine in my opinion but we replaced it anyway to make sure you had a good experience with us. We fixed the door and the stopper right away. We have a lot of space for hanging clothes and probably could use more space for folded clothes And yes the kitchen is small but the enire condo is only 760sq.feet. We also have fixed the peeling paint on the countertop.

Unit has been refreshed except bathroom & kitchen., and it’s time - paint flaking off kitchen counter tiles was annoying & low low shower water pressure, the only complaints. Grounds are beautiful & wonderful to have parking garage space.
