Cet hôtel ne correspond pas à la description. Le personnel n'est pas acceuillant. difficulté de communication. L'établissement manque de propreté, chambre non préparée, piscine pas nettoyée. Extérieur laissé à l'abandon. Petit déjeuner plus que sommaire. Les clients sont livrés à eux-mêmes.

Disgusting place. So unsafe. Loud. I saw hookers going into rooms...families were at the pool, pool looked unsafe and gross. Be aware. Place was a stakeout for drug dealers and prostitution.

There was no water at breakfast of any kind. No hot water (but there were tea bags out), no cold water. I asked the staff to please fill a coffee pot with some tap water and I would microwave it. They couldn’t handle it and the next day I had to bring my own water bottle. Also the bathroom tub had no drain stopper and looked half painted. Rooms clean, property itself filthy and trash strewn.

Customer service is very bad I did my booking for 5 days, Thursday it was raining and the ceiling started leaking and water came straight to bed as well at the window was leaking, called reception desk and waiting more than two hours for them to move me from one room to another ( and I did have to call front desk more than once for them to be able to move me) I packed everything and was move to another room, I unpacked and once I turn the light on I notice that it was leaking from the ceiling light so I turned light off, called back front desk ( it was thanksgiving ) told front desk what was happening and asked to please let me know if they were going to move me to another room because I need to started getting ready for thanksgiving dinner, waited more than 3 hours and no one came or have the courtesy to call me and let me know that it was not a room available, left for dinner came back around 11 pm and turn light one, still leaking, called front desk no one answer, when straight to front desk and explained everything again, finally they gave me the keys to another room and it was not in the same building so I have to carry all my luggage, I was moving at midnight and once I got to the new room, smoke detector needed a battery change, no microwave, no iron so I called front desk and they said that they will be there in 10 minutes, I went to sleep at 2 am in the morning and no one came. awful place, I didn't even got a called from manager to apologized or get any apologize

The motel is old, as is the room furniture and the lobby furniture. Housekeeping was abrupt and very non friendly. Hot water in shower was great.
